Car Dealership Generates Majority of Sales with Facebook Ads

Out of all the clients we service, car dealerships tend to spend the most aggressively on Facebook to grow their business.  The larger the budget you spend on Facebook each day, the more opportunity there is for improvement since Facebook tends to waste exponentially more of a larger budget as compared to a smaller budget.  Prior to our campaigns, they were paying over $10 for each new Facebook like and spending the majority of money simply to show people advertising type pictures.  While the owner was happy with the sales, he managing the campaigns took too much of his time and he could see the potential for getting even better results.  Our campaigns brought the cost per like down under $2 each targeting the same audience he had targeted before and provided different types of ad options using the content he already posted.

For sales, the biggest improvement was above and beyond Facebook likes.  Our data overwhelmingly shows that Facebook ads sending people directly to a website are more effective in making sales as compared to sending people to a Facebook page.  We made several new ad campaigns with this in mind that sent potential buyers directly to the website to look at cars in the inventory.  Empowered with our campaigns, the sales and likes generated each day on the $1000/day ad budget immediately went to double and and then triple what they had been prior to our ad campaigns.
